We work on a "Pay as you go" basis. Neither us nor you gets far ahead of the other.

If you are seeking a nice new reliable, maintainable, portable, website and have none at present, show us what you like that you see, or something you tried previously, for ideas.
There is No setup fee and NO charge for an estimate on a substantially new site. It is a FREE estimate for new sites.

Existing sites only:
We give estimates and have a reasonable evaluation fee ($30 or $60) to study your existing site's files if you have one.

We urge you to get our preliminary "website critique" as part of actual beginning design or improvement work. This $135 value is FREE when you sign up for at least $100 of website work in preparation for a substantial revision or redesign (at least 60% revised).

The critique has more of an overall review of the condition and business outlook for your site, with its strengths and weaknesses presented starkly, objectively (we pull no punches- and tell it like it is, from multiple viewpoints, mostly that of a new impatient visitor who is not very interested).
Such a candid appraisal can help you and us both think about how to improve it to reach your business goals.

For new or existing sites, we suggest that after we discuss it, you take at least a few days to prepare and plan with us for the design, study our design methods at www.Web-Success.net, clarify your audience segments and features that match them, do some research on competition and be sure your unique selling proposition is right.

1. Contact Us.
   Fill out our simple form, describing your goals or project. It takes only a couple minutes. There is NO OBLIGATION, and no payment required for us to briefly look over your site or plan and discuss it in a brief phone call about 20 minutes (no charge for initial consultation).
   
   
2. Initial Phone Call
   We will suggest a time for a call, and you can call us or we will call you to discuss your needs and answer any questions you have. We will review your goals and your current needs, and see whether any substantial redesign may be appropriate within six months. If not, we will suggest you read more about Web-Success to consider some improvements. This call allows 20 minutes at no charge.
   
   
3. Kickoff Meeting
   One of our Project Managers will follow up to help better define your goals and current project, even if that may only require a couple of hours. We will provide an estimate if a job appears it will require over three hours. You decide what you prefer to start with and how many hours maximum as an upper limit.
   
   
4. Project Study, Setup and Estimates - Determine Requirements for Statement of Work (over 3 hours).
   Depending on your needs, we usually must have access and study your web site. Although estimates for re-design and rebuilding your site for free, when the goal is primarily maintenance first, we require either $30 (small site) or $60 (larger site with functions) to get started. That is a One-Time fee to study your programs and files. We handle getting access with your assistance-we'll show you how. We’ll then setup a test area on our servers, and provide you with a link to show progress or changes. This way you can proof the work that you want done. You pay for all time we spend on your project.
   
   
5. Your Trial Project begins, if 3 hours or less, or if you approve the estimate-- by a Work Order-Statement of Work.
   If you have a small project, during this trial project you can evaluate evaluate our progress and performance. At the end of the trial project you can either cancel the service and pay only for time spent on the project (except for the site study-Setup fee if an existing site) and have no further obligation.
   Note: We cannot transfer any code to your servers until paid for, unless very small job.
   
   
6. Pay For Hours Worked
   On completion, each 3-4 hours or to your set maximum, you will be provided with task time details in an Invoice or for Progress payments on a larger projects under Terms of the Work Order-Statement of Work. Simply pay for hours worked. Cancel at any time. no further obligation. When payment is received (Paypal or Google or transfer), the work is uploaded-installed to your server.
